Please fill in the booking form below. David will then confirm if the dates you have selected are available and contact you to confirm and request a deposit to secure your booking. A booking will be held for 10 days pending receipt of a deposit. Please note I will endeavour to respond to your request within 24 hours. There may be periods during the year when I am travelling and this is not possible so there may be on occasions a delay to this response.

Terms and Conditions
1. A reservation is made once a deposit and completed booking form has been received from you.
2. Deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable
3. The balance is payable on the day of your Photo Safari.
4. If David Tipling needs to cancel a Photo Safari for any reason, a full refund of the amount paid by you will be made, but David Tipling Photography Ltd (DTP Ltd) can accept no further liability.
5. David Tipling Photography cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, or for personal accident, injury or death: all activities are entered into at your own risk.
6. All names, email addresses, telephone numbers and information of a personal nature supplied on the booking form stored on our computer will never be shared with any third party.
7. While every effort is made to give you the participant as best a photographic experience as possible, DTP Ltd cannot be held responsible if the intended wildlife to be photographed cannot be found or does not appear in front of our hides.
8. When you rent a hide from DTP Ltd it is expected you follow any instructions given and leave the hide in the condition you found it. The woodland in which our hides are located is private, you are not permitted to wander away from the vicinity of the hides.
9. Smoking and dogs are strictly forbidden inside our hides.
10. On payment of a deposit and subsequent full fee, you the participant and any fellow participants you are booking on behalf of agrees to the conditions stated above. Any claim or dispute shall be subject to English law only.
